The article attempts to show that, beneath the logic of the three fundamental categories of human rights (equality, liberty and dignity), one can establish a conducting and integrating link between iusnaturalism, iuspositivism, and iushistoricism. The paper also tries to indicate the ontological foundation of human rights. Se pretende mostrar que bajo la lógica del análisis de las tres categorías fundamentales de los derechos humanos (igualdad, libertad y dignidad) se puede establecer un hilo conductor e integrador entre el iusnaturalismo, el iuspositivismo y el iushistoricismo; y por otro lado, marcar una dirección hacia el fundamento ontológico de los derechos humanos
