Colour modification of Wartegg drawing completion test in children with hearing impairment

This thesis examines the common features occuring in processing of the color modification of Wartegg's drawing test by hearing impaired children and children with multiple disabilities. Multiple disabilities mean in this case hearing impairement and mental disability occuring in one individual. At the beginning of the thesis there is a theoretical background of the problem. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explains terms as projective drawing techniques, Wartegg's drawing test and hearing and mental disabilities. Twenty tests done by children with hearing impairement attending elementary school and practical elementary school were selected. In the empirical part a research question is formulated and is answered at the and of the work. Research results are first classified by age and then according to different criteria. The results show that hearing-impaired children draw the most often geometrical structures, vehicles, buildings, figures and their parts. Drawings are not integrated into a broader context. To name the pictures the children use short appellation corresponding to the drawn item
