Entrepreneurship in the context of different national cultures

Each company has its set of values, norms and behavioural patterns that determine the manners of its employees, their relationships within the social structure of the organization, as well as the company?s public relations. The company culture influences the style of work of every employee in the firm and consequently their behaviour in the public. It reveals the way the entrepreneurs want to do their business and often shows how much or in what way they acknowledge social responsibility. Due to globalization, there are many multinational companies in our country. The theoretical part of the thesis thus focuses on the combination of company and national cultures at a workplace; furthermore it contains a summary of some of the main literature on the subject of company culture and intercultural management. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the company culture of a chosen international firm and to propose solutions for some improvements to the current situation in the company
