Technological processes of paper weaving

The thesis is focused on the well-known material ? the paper ? its historical development, as well as the hand and machine production, its sorts and properties. The thesis explains its use while weaving the utility items and explores the possibility, how its help to apply the techniques of traditional folk crafts: especially basketry and straw processing. The bachelor thesis presents the basic technological procedures of the paper weaving. This activity awakens the creativity of the human and it gives him the possibility to produce new products from old and unneeded material. Their appearance is designed and produced by the manufacturer himself. Tools and materials for this activity are available to everyone and in comparison with other materials low cost.
