Comparative analysis of the Czech and Italian justice and of the relevant legal terminology

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to describe and compare two different judicial systems of the European Union countries. The subject of my work is the judicial system of the Czech Republic and the judicial system of Italy. My thesis is divided into four big parts which are divided into a number of smaller chapters. In the first part I deal with the history of both judicial systems and with their legal bases. The second part is focused on the different types of justice in both countries. In the third part I describe all of the courts in the Czech Republic and in Italy and I try to describe the organization and cognizance of all of them. In the fourth the last part I make a comparison of these two judicial systems with a focus on the differences and similarities.
