The main intention of this thesis is to make a complete documentation of a business plan for accommodation facilities according to current trends. Minor goals are to analyse market conditions in the chosen region, find out current trends in the hotel industry and find support for businessmen while providing services in tourism. The thesis has two parts. The theoretic part defines terms such as tourism, services, services in tourism, accommodation services, accommodation facilities and business plan.
