Manager's competence for a company

The aim of my thesis was to propose key competences of company managers, describe and evaluate demands on managers´ competences at selected company and propose possible changes.I focused my work at those manager´s competences whose development and knowledge are necessary for high performance of key managers and which mean a marked step towards higher performance for each company. Thanks to a manager´s competence oriented approach the company gets better ability to place right employees to right positions
