Comparison of the principles of complex land adjustment abroad and in the Czech republic

This bachelor thesis is concerning land adjusting in the Czech Republic and in the federal state of Bavaria. The aim of this thesis is to describe the process of land adjusting in the Czech Republic; this precedes a mention about the history of land adjustments, and above all the aim is to present this process in Bavaria. The focus is placed on the figure of the stakeholder, as well as on who is in charge and what are the forms and financing of the adjustments and consequently their mutual comparison. The thesis aims to detect differences between land adjusting and it should suggest in what way these two countries could inspire each other
