Analysis of the Conditions for a Company Entering Into a Foreign Market

The aim of this thesis is to analyse the conditions for companies which would like to enter a foreign market. I have chosen the company Stuha for my thesis. The company has been operating in motorcycle industry, specifically the speedway frames, since 1994. The company wants to expand its products to the market of the USA.In the assessment of the situation in selected company interview, comparison, SWOT analysis and Fuller's triangle were used. For the company Stuha is not possible to open its own shop in the U. S. I would recommend to find someone, who is familiar with the U. S. market. It will be easier for the company Stuha to enter the market. In the thesis there were certain changes for the Stuha company designed. They include change of the bank account, establishment of a limited liability company, purchase of accounting software, registered trademarks and new property insurance
