The business plan of a small company with respect to trends developing in the services sector of the automotive industry

The name of the topic of my bachelor´s thesis is The business plan of a small company with respect to trends developing in the services sector of the automotive industry. The main tasks of the bachelor´s thesis is to analyse the conditions for establishing a small company providing automotive industry services in the district of České Budějovice and to prepare a business plan. A research method using questionnaires was applied to find out which automotive industry services customers miss in this district. The results of this research using questionnaires showed that customers miss a company providing the following services: customized adaptations, performance increase and repairs of expensive parts. The research using questionnaires showed that many people would have functions installed in their cars assisting them in driving and even saving lives. This fact provides evidence that people are interested in new trends
