My thesis deals with the topic of mathematical hydrologic models. Its goal is to explain the main principles, according to which the models work, classify them from individual viewpoints and elaborate an overview and description of event models. The description also contains options for utilizing the individual models. This helps when selecting a suitable model to use for hydrologic process modelling
