Bachelor thesis deal with biodiversity in managed forests and in natural mountain forests. In the literature review discussions causes of the decrease of biodiversity in forests affected by anthropogenic activities. Further points to the importance of dead wood in a natural forest ecosystem. There is discussed effect of clear-cut mining on the microclimate of the certain habitat and biodiversity (significant microbiotops invertebrates). As bioindicators of anthropogenic impact on the forest are proposed bioindicators changes of biodiversity, in our case epigeic beetles (especially ground beetles and rove beetles).
