STAFFING IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

At the outset, the Diploma thesis specifies the public administration area, especially its characteristic and status from the perspective of experts. The second part deals with problem of staffing in the public administration and analyzes the methods of selection of suitable candidates. The practical part is focused on selected public folder, which is made description, analysis and evaluation process of staffing. This section also examined whether the public folder effective number of workplace creates and whether their staffing is carried out based on predetermined rules
