Analysis of selected Potential Areas for Tourism Development

The subject of the bachelor thesis named "Analysis of a potential for tourism development in a selected area" is to design methodics for the analysis and to analyze each chosen part of the potential on the Šumava-west microregion. This work is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part I describe the characteristics of tourism, its potential and possibilities of its measurement. In the practical part I concentrate on the Šumava-west microregion and its rating from the tourism potential point of view. I am dealing with the analysis and rating of assumptions for the tourism development in this area. The conclusion consists of a summary rating of the tourism potential and suggestions for further development of tourism in the Šumava-west microregion
