Optimization of Offers Tourist Information Center

I analyzed current offers from the tourist information centers. The theoretic part of this work looks at the information centers with respect to their activities, system functions and services they provide. In the practical part, I defined the basic information from four of the analyzed information centers. In addition to this, I carried out a survey with the purpose of finding out visitors views on the range of services provided at the selected tourist information centers and what changes the visitors would welcome in order to receive better service. The questionnaire survey took place in towns Třebíč, Tábor, Strakonice and Pelhřimov
