Czechoslovakian balneology in years 1948-1960

This thesis deals with Czechoslovakian balneology in 1948-1960. The thesis is divided in two parts. In the first part describes organization and ideological conception of Czechoslovakian spas. Demonstrate and analyzes economical side of this sector and shows the negative impact of industry at climatic environment in spas. It also monitors statistical indicators important for evaluation of spa's development. In the second part describes the process of nationalization and organization of spas in Teplice by the method of probe. Demonstrate practical implications of Statute of spa resort and development of evaluation indicators. The work is based on the resources of the National Archives of the Ministry of Health and funds from the State Regional Archives in Teplice. For the most part also uses contemporary literature
