Readiniess of volunteers in non-profit organizations in emergencies in the South Bohemian Region

The thesis deals with the organization and professional training of volunteers for emergency in non-profit organizations on South Bohemia region. Theoretical part shows the issue of volunteerism in emergencies and introduces the non-govermental non-profit organizations, which have previously operated in emergencies in South Bohemia and which have been assumed the involvement and their volunteers. Practical part presents the actual research a situation of the organization and professional training of volunteers for emergencies in South Bohemia by the Regional association of Red Cross České Budějovice and ADRA association
