Settlement of health claims as part of automotive liability insurance

Development of the automobilism in 20th century caused raising of car accidents which induced higher damage to property and damage to health. Society attempts to minimalize the effect of these damages by using of liability insurance for damage caused by driving a vehicle. The goal of this thesis is to describe a process of settlement of a claim on health as a part of a liability insurance. This thesis contains issue for determination of liability car accident participants according to law, work of persons participating in inquiry of accident and adequate compesation calculation. Thesis also summarized content of laws which are necessary for work of investigators and their work is discribed in detail as well. Some examples of calculation of compesation claims are shown for better explaning of settlement of a claim on health
