This work is about the relation of indigenous movements to the government of Evo Morales, who became the first president of indigenous origin in Latin America. After his entry to the president office many reforms were introduced and a new constitution was adopted in favour of indigenous people. At present a support of his own movement declines and his government faces heavy problems and difficulties due to contraversaries with indigenous people. A development in establishing of indigenous organizations in Latin America is described with an emphase put on indigenous movements in Bolivia.
