Slovak Cultural Diplomacy in Practice

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to provide the analysis of the current Slovak cultural diplomacy in the connection with the work of Slovak Institutes which dominate in the Slovak foreign policy as a tool of cultural diplomacy. The thesis is specifically focused on the analysis of the Slovak Institute in Prague. The theoretical level of the cultural diplomacy from a general view is examined in the first part of the thesis. In the second part the development and the function of Slovak Institutes is analysed with the focus on the determinants of the Slovak cultural diplomacy. In the third part the case study of the Slovak Institute in Prague is characterized
