Employer's liability for damage

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of employer's liability for damage in the area of Labour law. Its purpose is to describe this issue and to clarify the most important terms. First part of the thesis analyses characteristic features of liability in Labour law area, especially employer's liability. It also explains particular types of liability for damage. Statistics from 2010, connected with occupational diseases and work accidents are mentioned in this part too. Chapter five is practical part of this thesis. Specific legal cases prove the compensation for damage connected with work accidents
