Dopad vladnych reforiem na stavebne sporenie

The bachelor thesis aims to evaluate and compare the main regulatory factors that have influenced the development of building society in the Czech Republic. It mainly concerns the changes in the amount of the state support for savings and tax revenues, which have significantly influenced the behavior of depositors. Conclusions found regarding the rate of profit were eventually compared to the alternative saving products offered in the CR as well as the building savings in Slovakia. I have come to the conclusion that budiling savings in the CR are still a convenient saving product. Even after the implementation of reforms, in comparison to other saving products, it brings to clients willing to save for a longer period of time, profitable appreciation of financial means
