Mortgage lending in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis is primarily focused on mortgage lending in the Czech Republic. The mortgage is defined in the first part of the thesis, his division into purpose and nonpurpose types. Furthermore, I am dealing with a process of selection and providing of the loan along with his amortization. An analysis of the state support follows in both forms, in a direct form of contribution to interests and in an indirect form of tax deduction. The second part of the thesis describes the mortgage market. It contains a description of a mortage-life insurance combination, which is disappearing from the market. The conclusion analyzes and compares mortgages of single banks according to fees, market shares, and net payments paid by clients
