Teachers` working conditions in Russia and the Czech Republic

This thesis concerns issues of teachers` working conditions in Russia and the Czech Republic. Its goal is to analyze selected working conditions and point out some of the current problems within the teaching profession. Theoretical part includes mostly the historical development of the teachers` working conditions and also the basic terminology regarding the topic of the thesis. Practical part presents, summarizes and interprets outcomes of researches in the fields of prestige of the teachers` profession, financial remuneration of teachers and aggression of students against their teachers. Thesis represents findings which goal is to critically describe development and the state of the working conditions of teachers' profession in the two analyzed countries
