The aim of bachelor's thesis is to determine the satisfaction of customers with quality of products supplied by the company Prosport Praha s.r.o.. Investigation of customer satisfaction was realized by the questioning. To get more accurate information, this questioning was divided into two independent parts. The first part is oriented on the customers of e-shop Prosportshop.cz and the question-form was created in order to find, how the customers are satisfied with quality of products, that company supply, and with quality of customer service.
