The bachelor thesis "Marketing strategy of the selected company" concern about Slovak real estate agency F.O.K., Ltd. Prešov. The aim of this bachelor thesis is projection of marketing strategy and communication mix with possible proposal and recommendation to improve for estate agency F.O.K. Ltd. Prešov. This recommendation is based on own questionnaire. Theoretical part describes principle of marketing, marketing strategy and marketing mix. The author of thesis also describes marketing specification of the real estate market. Consequently, this theoretical basic are applied in practical part of thesis. In practical part, there are developed appropriate marketing strategy, communication mix and SWOT analysis for estate agency
