Despite the huge financial contribution of the international community the postconflict reconstruction in Afghanistan does not proceed within the initial expectations. Due to unstable situation, high level of corruption and inefficient state administration, the help does not flow to the ones, whom it is determined in the first place - the poorest habitants of the country. In this context the microfinance, resp. the microcredits, seem to be the right complementary tool of economic reconstruction as they provide the poorest with the access to the financial resources.
