Risk analysis in occupational health and safety of Coca-Cola HBC Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis is devoted to occupational safety, particularly analysis of risks in the Coca - Cola HBC Czech Republic. The aim is to make a suggestion on how to improve the occupational safety and health documentation through detailed risk analysis in the section Cold - Drink. The thesis is divided in two parts - theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part presents the OSH, gives a list of the related legislation and approaches the norm ČSN OHSAS 18001. Not least, attention is also paid to searching and assessing the risk. In this context selected methods of searching and assessing the risk, which are currently used by companies, are presented. The practical part brings the profile of Coca - Cola Company, describes the occupational safety and health documentation, introduces the procedure of risk analysis and shows a risk table which has been prepared for the department Cold -- Drink. Based on this table, an improvement of the documentation is suggested -- namely so-called safe working practices for the department of Cold - Drink
