The use of arbitration in consumer disputes

The bachelor's thesis deals with the possibility of consumer dispute resolution via arbitration. First, the mechanism of arbitration in the Czech Republic is described, then the way how consumers can be protected in case they conclude an arbitration contract. Finally, it is explained how the arbitration is used in some of the European countries and what approach to consumer protection they apply in this field
