Support of the healthy lifestyle and nutrition in education program of kindergarten

The thesis deals with a healthy nutrition and lifestyle of preschool children. It is focused on the principles of healthy diet in the kindergarten and following it. The topic of this bachelor work is particularly the nutrition of children from the point of their healthy development. Further follows a description the nutritional values of given food, regular fluid intake, total development of the preschool children, suitable eating habits. There is also a description of health complications occurring already during early childhood, which are caused by wrong eating habits. The result of this work is the evaluation and fulfilment of the nutritional values within one month diet and finding out, if the norms of the consumerism basket are kept. By means of analysis there is a description, what are the children´s likes and dislikes, whether they are aware of healthy or unhealthy food which they consume
