Risk of burnout of police staff

I describe the theoretical basis of the literature on the issue and its phase burnout. Next, what are the external and internal causes of this disease, what are the symptoms and what there is prevention. At the end of this theoretical part I will focus on the police profession, the police stress and police burnout.I will try to find out based on qualitative research in the practical part, which exist in the opinion of police officers in their profession stressors that could lead to burnout and what are the preventive measures against the organization of police burnout
