The theses discuss the issue of photographing a specific place which is closely related to the spaces of all kinds and to architecture. It is limited to the so called ?no name architecture? that does not have a known author ? mainly common houses and utility buildings but also specific places in the countryside or in a city such as gardens or parking lots. The emphasis is on the connection between the space and its photographic representation. It is demonstrated in the work of particular authors. It explores the questions of making a photographic picture of a space, author´s choice and their influence on the result as well as the impression the particular photographs leave in their viewers.
