A study was conducted in PelakN Holdings (M) &In Bhd restaurant that were situated in the main terminal building of K1tala Lumpur International Airport (KllA) and around Kuola Lumpur. The factors include demogrophic characteristics such m age and education level, financial factors such as wages, Employee Provident Funds (EPF), Social Security Organization (SOCSO), royolties and transport allowance. Non-financial foctors such as employee's hostel, transportation and medical benefits, and geographic factors such as location of the work place and employees residents.
