This research and findings is to study the sensitive issue in Malaysia and understand the reasons for the banned local film due to these sensitive issue. Besides that, this research also identify the win-win situation for local filmmaker and the Film Censorship Board of Malaysia (LPF). Sensitive issue happens in Malaysia mainly because of the different races such as Chinese, Malays and Indians with the different belief, culture, education thinking and family background
