Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tekanan kerja di kalangan pekerja

This study aims to identify the factors that influencing job stress among workers at Maktab Perguruan Bah! Lintang (MPBL) and Maktab Perguruan Tun Abdul Razak (MPTAR). The objectives of this study were to determine the significant relationship between job stress and the selected demographical factors and work factors. Questionnaires were used to obtain feedback Form a total of 40 employees chosen randomly. The data collected is analyzed by using SPSS Version 11.5. Descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, and mean are used to describe the respondents' characteristics and the level of job stress experienced by workers in the organization The finding showed that the majority of the respondents 52.5% have a moderate level of job stress. T-test for gender shows (t~O. 034) was significant with the respondents level of job stress. So, the hypothesis was rejected The Pearson Correlation analysis showed that all job factors have a significant and positive relationship toward job stress. For role ambiguityfactor (r~0604, p~O.OO()), role conflictfactor (r~0434, p~0.005) and role burden factor (r~0472, p~O. 002). The Multiple Linear Regression Analysis showed that the dominantfactor in influencing job stress level in the organization is role ambiguity (R 2 ~ 0.365)
