This study aims to identify the factors that influencing job stress among workers at Maktab Perguruan Bah! Lintang (MPBL) and Maktab Perguruan Tun Abdul Razak (MPTAR). The objectives of this study were to determine the significant relationship between job stress and the selected demographical factors and work factors.
