This research examined the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational commitment. More importantly, this research was conducted to examine the mediating role of psychological empowerment in the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational commitment. A survey research method was used to gather 118 usable questionnaires from employees are working at the Western Digital, Sarawak Branch. Findings from Pearson correlation analysis showed that transformational leadership positively and significantly correlated with organizational commitment.
