Motif ukiran kayu di Tunjang Bakawali Sdn. Bhd

The main objective of this research is to study the motive of Wood Carving in Tunjang Sakawali Sdn. Shd located in Kampung Raja. Besut, Terengganu. The objective of this study were (i) to found out the motifs of wood carving in the Tunjang Bakawali Sdn. Bhd., (ii) To review the forms and patterns of work of wood carving in the Tunjang BakawaJi Sdn. Bhd, (iii) analyze the motives and designs in wood carving in the Tunjang Bakawali Sdn.Bhd. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. Qualitative methods used in an interview with famous country sculptors Noorhaiza Nordin. the founder of the Tunjang BakawaJi Sdn. 8hd and several staff employees. Researchers also observed the work environment and the observation of the methods of their products. From the research, the researcher realized that some of them is the art of wood carving patterns should be maintained so as nOt to lose in the underground days of modernity
