Morphological and physiological characteristics of Pesfa lo(iopsis spp. were studied. Six isolates of Pesfa/oriopsis isolated from Shorea macrophy/la, ornamental and Rhododenron leaves and also from guava fruil. The identification of this fungus was done based on the morphological and physiological characteristics. The growth of Pesta/oliopsis was tested on potato dextrose agar (PDA), potato carrot agar (PCA) and IUalt extract agar (MEA). The growth of this fungus at different temperature, pH, light eonditions and macro elements were also examined. There was significanl difference at P<O.OS of effect of media on the growth of fungi.
