Peranan kurator di Muzium Kraftangan Kelantan

This descriptive study is a research of curator at the Museum of Craft Role Bihar. The objectives to be achieved are the roles of curator at the Museum of Craft Bihar, to examine the changing role of the curator in the museum crafts Bihar and finally to analyze the impact of curator task management in Kelantan Handicraft Museum. By using qualitative and quantitative data, a total of 300 sets of questionnaires have distributed and analyzed using SPSS application in 20 and one set of interview questions presented during interviews. The results obtained shows that the using of curator was crucial when perfonning the tasks which associated with the display, in which a selection of the collection was also held the responsibility of the curator to detennine the theme of the collection on display. Based on the feedbacks from visitors, we have found that there is only a minority who knew about the role of museum curator. From the findings of the survey data, there were several recommendations have been made. Firstly, they have to improve the role of the curator during presenting infonnation in Kelantan Handicraft Museum by diversifying delivery methods using teclmology systems. The advance of new teclmology could give the impression to the visitors and at the same it could also enhanced the facility to find the infonnation collection at the museum for visitors. The museum also needs to strengthen the existing system in order to give pleasure to visitors by highlighting the Craft Museum in Bihar. In addition, the infrastructure facilities are also beneficial to provide comfort and satisfaction to the visitors who come to the Craft Museum in Bihar
