This thesis is concentrating on research about reduction of body fat by women in middle age within the limits 40-60 year upon influence of body move and adherence to healthy nutrition. It was observed group of 5 women with an imposition of the adherence interventional program. Constitute a thesis was a measurement of body fat with method BIA and with measuring instrument AEG, OMRON and Boby Mass Index (BMI) body´s perimeters. Body´s perimeters were measured at the beginning of research namely input-, continuous- and output measuring. The Program was under way since January 2010 until March 2010. At the beginning were used checklists which served as anamnesis of life style from surveyed subjects and to entering of measuring data
