Foreign direct investment in the South Bohemian region

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of foreign direct investment in connection with localization factors. The theories of localization of a company and their development are summed up in the theoretical part, followed by a definition and division of foreign direct investment. The practical part analyses the cash flow of foreign direct investment in a concrete region -- the South Bohemian region. The analysis is focused on the investor's country of origin, the description of specific supported sectors of economy and the analysis of chosen localities. All acquired knowledge are concluded in the final part and based on them the main localization factors for cash flow of foreign direct investment in the South Bohemian region are defined
