The purpose of this research is to identify the community demands and resources factors in work-life conflict. The community demands and resources in this research are friends, local comunities and neighbours. The research has been conducted in one of the organization in State Public Service involving 75 respondents with quantitative method. Questionnaires with 5 likert-scale has been distributed to the respondents. The analysis was done to identify the relationship between the independent variables; commuity demands and resources with dependent variables; work family conflict and family-work conflict.
