The objective of this report is to study hydraulic turbines used in mini hydroelectric power stations and compare the turbines in terms of power produced and their efficiency. This report gives information on how to improve the efficiency of the turbine and steps that can be taken in order to increase the turbine performance. This will help to reduce the energy wastage from the turbine and optimize the power usage
