French and Czech Terminology in European Legislative Texts Focused on the Domain: Judicial Cooperation in Criminal Matters

The present thesis deals with the Czech and French terminology in european legislative texts focused on the field ?Judicial cooperation in criminal law matters?. The thesis is dividend into two main parts. The first one is the theoretic part which deals with the question of EU language policy, above all with the European strategy for multilingualism. The second part of the theoretic part is concerned with the corpus linguistics, especially with the determination of main terms occuring in my thesis. The second, research part, is primarily elaborating the authenticity of the interpretation of chosen collocations which are typical for my thesis topic.
