Measurement devices and the technology in clinic chemistry

This thesis is concerning about measuring technique used in the clinical biochemistry. It is describing the principle and physical properties of some selected analyzers. It is researching some concrete laboratory instruments and check measurement in the Laboratory of clinical chemistry in the hospital in České Budějovice. The main goal of my thesis is to make clear the technology used in biochemical parameters determination which describes internal climate of human bodies
