Working hours of an orchestral musician, as well as other problems associated with operation of an opera orchestra

This thesis presents a question of irregular working hours of an orcehstral musician, but also other problems associatedy with the operation of the opera orchestra. Orchestra as a model, I chose the Prague State Opera Orchestra. Beside the analysis of the employment of SOP also focuses on the comparison of the Labour Code with the requirements for orchetsral musicians in the said institution, the basic patterns of employment and orchestral musician schneme staffing and opera orchestras in terms of thein over-manning, or vice versa undersized in relation to the volume of their performances. His work is ended with a final summary of knowledge about the working hours of an orchestral musician, and consideration of possible improvement in the situation in opera orchestras in the country
