Add to ORKGThis bachelor thesis has the main purpose in Wihan Quartet, one of the best nowadays string quartet. I write about the group's rise, its successes in competitions, wide concert, recording and pedagogical activities. The list of repertoir and discography is included. Leos Cepicky, the quartet's first violinist, has helped me during the formation of this work. He has been describing everything from the ensemble's history to me personally. All the informations are therefore more than authentic. The Wihans gave me source materials (concerts' programms, reviews from the newspapers and magazines, photos etc.), which are also presented.
