This bachelor thesis deals with dance writing in Bohemia between years 1925 and 1939. During this period, the specialist theoretical reflection of dance developed, especially thanks to two main personalities - Emanuel Siblík and Jan Reimoser. Individual chapters deal with particular period journals, such as Divadlo, Rozpravy Aventina, Útok and Klíč. The occurence and number of all texts concerning dance is described and compared, as well as their content, scope and individual style of authors, writing about dance. Separate chapter deals with periodicals specialising in dance (Živý tanec, Taneční listy and Taneční revue).
