This thesis aims to interpretation of William Shakespear?s play Richard III. The word ?interpretation? is used to describe generally valid analysis of the play, not an individual reading of the text. The aim of the thesis is to search for the limits of this text and on the other side to detect the variability of the drama. Author is interested especially in those parts of the play, which could be explicated in more different ways. The chapters are focused on conditions in the world of Richard III, on the position of Richard in the society, and describe Richard?s attitude to this world as well.
