The text presents probably the most comprehensive list of literature that can be used as a good starting point in later researches. The most extensive part of the work includes biographical data that have not been published in the Czech language in this scope yet. The most important compositions along with the crucial moments of Jaromír Weinberger´s life are mentioned here. Among others special attention is paid to his best known opera Švanda dudák.
